Howard Thompson | Family Nurse Practitioner
Howard Thompson, EJD, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 21 years of diverse nursing experience, specializing in integrative and holistic healthcare.
Throughout his career, he has worked in various areas of nursing, including Home Health, Maternal/Child, Labor & Delivery, Dermatology, Functional Medicine, and Ambulatory Surgical Care. His broad expertise allows him to approach patient care with a comprehensive perspective, blending traditional medicine with holistic therapies to promote optimal health.
Howard earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University in 2003 before serving as a Navy Nurse Corps Officer. After a decade of dedicated service, he retired with full benefits in 2013. He later completed his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2022, becoming a family nurse practitioner.
As a dedicated healthcare provider, Howard is passionate about empowering patients with knowledge and personalized treatment plans that integrate conventional medicine with natural and preventive approaches. He focuses on balancing physical health and emotional well-being, helping patients achieve long-term wellness through evidence-based holistic care.
